Building MadStore

MadStore doesn't currently come with a ready-to-use binary distribution.
However, building it from sources is as easy as:

Checking out the latest and greatest MadStore sources from here (you will need an SVN client ):
```
$> svn co https://madstore.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/madstore/trunk madstore
```
Running mvn package from the main source directory, waiting for the glorious BUILD SUCCESSFUL message (you will need Apache Maven 2 ):
```
$> cd madstore
$> mvn install assembly:assembly -Dmaven.test.skip=true
```

This will build the following MadStore binaries:

target/madstore-VERSION-standalone-dist.zip , containing the standalone distributions for the MadStore main application, and the MadStore grid node application.
target/madstore-VERSION-war-dist.zip , containing the deployable WAR distributions for the MadStore main application, and the MadStore grid node application.
